New House...

So for the past month or so, we have been settling into our new house.   Yes, we finally bought a place.  It's still sinking in that we are no longer renters and that we are home owners...

Elanor seems to be really liking the new place.  Not only is her room about 3 times the size of her old, she has much more room for her doorway jumpster and has a whole backyard to plan to take over in the near future.

As you can see, she is still loving her solid foods.  She loves pears, apples, sweet potatoes and butternut squash.  She is still acquiring the taste for peas, carrots and zucchini.

Elanor and I still get our Mondays together (soon to change to Fridays).  We love to play peek-a-boo in the blanket.

PEEK-A-BOO

Elanor's daycare did some arts & crafts in celebration of Easter a few weeks ago.  As you can see, Elanor is quite the artist.  I was told she made the ears all by herself.

Happy Easter!

I tried to puree some cantaloupe that Dan & I were having for breakfast the other day.  Apparently that is not really possible.  So we decided to give Ella a piece of her own.  I think she just liked having something cold against her gums...but boy did she look cute (as usual).

We are really enjoying the warm weather.  We all took a walk yesterday, and would you believe these calla lilies are actually on our property?  They are so pretty.  I am really looking forward to starting a vegetable garden sometime soon...
